As Knowledge and Collaboration Specialist, Laurel supports LMD's work with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to implement enterprise change. Laurel has worked as a process improvement advisor for more than five years and is certified in Prosci change management.

Laurel graduated from Clarkson University with an M.S. in engineering management. She also earned a B.S. in environmental science from Siena College.
